The notorious "Ragin' Asians" cover story has been turned into a Monday feature on the Seattle Weekly blogs. Straight from the drunk horse's mouth:
Due to the overwhelming amount of support I received for covering the "neon tetra fish" scene in the city, it made sense that the next step be to expand my coverage of the nightlife into weekly installments. Stay tuned for my report every Monday morning.
Two things: 1) We don't think that 149 comments, most of them negative--including comments from the people written about in the original story--qualify as an "overwhelming amount of support." 2) Once again, we are forced to ask: Everything okay over there?

Around The -Ists This Week

By "overwhelming amount of support" she means her loyal retinue who help her to stumble home while keeping her from drowning in her own vomit. Heck, if I had a support system like that I'd get falling-down drunk every weekend too. Instead, here I am spending yet another lonely weeknight writing comments on blogs.
So keep partying like there's no Monday deadline, drunk horse, we commenters of the world live vicariously through you.
