The Tillamook County Creamery Association 100th Anniversary Celebration at the Woodland Park Zoo.
What now? Ummm, cheese, at the zoo? Why is there cheese at the zoo? Cheese comes from milk which comes from cows which are animals which starred with Kevin Bacon in... No, that's a different thing. We don't now why there is cheese at the zoo, but kids like the zoo, and kids like cheese, so just go with it.
This Saturday, it's Tillamook Cheese Day (from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.) with games and prizes and many other cheese-related things, we're sure. We don't really understand it, but we still want to go. Perhaps we will stop by and see the new penguin exhibit while we are there. Summer is running out fast so get down to the zoo for your cheese while you can. (No one has ever typed that sentence in all of history).
