The History Channel debuts tonight a Seattle-centric edition of its highly entertaining Life After People. Each episode focuses on a few cities, showing what would happen if people just disappeared. CGI effects and dramatic narration abounds. We're promised a Space Needle collapse. Good times. The show's at 7 p.m. if you have DirecTV, 10 p.m. if you have Comcast.

Tuesdays are Muppet Days

I hope Jessica Alba isn't sitting on it when it collapses!
Oh god, I just made a Dark Angel reference. I'm so sorry.
I can't tell you how many times I've gone to the Space Needle to see her and SHE'S NEVER THERE!!!
She just hangs out there for TV. In reality, she hangs out over by the Corson St. Exit.
FYI for those who don't have TV or cable, the DVD is on Netflix. It's not clear if it includes the Seattle episode though. Actually, I think maybe they did a 94-min documentary in 2008 (that's the DVD on netflix) and now they're doing a 10-part series? Hopefully that will be online or dvd soon.
