Seattle Got Bing'd!

In case you missed it or were just confused, the racket from the helicopters circling around the Space Needle last night was caused by the the giant light beam celebrating the launch of Microsoft's new decision engine, Bing. From our view, we saw the Space Needle's light go out and then--Boom!--a giant Vegas style Luxor-like light beam shot straight into the air. Apparently, from other spots in the city it spelled "Bing." Alas, we didn't catch that from Belltown. Then again, we didn't see the dollars invested into the bar tabs, as Microsofties were tweeting and celebrating around town.
