- Another burger joint chain we've never heard of, something featuring custom cupboards or "subway" style burgers, called Counter Custom Built Burgers plans to open in the Ballard Blocks development.
- Oh man, Leif Bearickson is going to be one unhappy bear. The folks over in Beacon Hill are capitalizing on their black bear sightings by creating T-shirts you can buy, with the proceeds going to a local charity
