Keyboard Cat is Dead, from Spokane

But we repeat ourselves.

In the above CNN "news" video, an actual reporter tracked down the owner and creator of everyone's favorite new internet meme, Play Him Off, Keyboard Cat. Charlie Schmidt didn't invent the idea of incorporating a clip of his cat into any and every FAIL video (that would be Brad O'Farrell), but twenty years ago, he did dress his little Fatso in an infant outfit and made him play the keyboard. Unfortunately, Fatso is no longer with us, but he will live on forever in some pee-pants-worthy videos, like the Glenn Beck guest passing out and the dad yelling at his son for crying over a hockey game on his webcam. Priceless. Good night, sweet Fatso, and flights of keyboard angels play thee off to thy rest.
