  • A mean case of bumper cars took place in SoDo this afternoon, after a man left Home Depot at First Avenue South hitting cars and people along the way. Sniffing paint chips perhaps? He ended his hit-and-run extravaganza at Sixth Avenue South and South Andover Street after plowing into a semi-truck.
