We've already mentioned the Thermals show tonight, but if you're more inclined to shake your bon bon tonight, here are some safe bets.
Laser Daft Punk - Remember how much everyone gushed about Daft Punk's live show a few years back? Well, now you can (re-)live part of that experience every weekend with Laser Daft Punk at the Pacific Science Center. Electronic music and lasers. What took so long? Full report once we've seen it for ourselves.
Filastine @ Chop Suey - "World music" is often used as a pejorative, but there's no better term for Filastine's constructions, which show immediate influence from around the globe. The music is hard to pin down, but infinitely interesting and sonically subversive. The fact that Filastine uses a shopping cart as a percussion instrument only adds to the spectacle.
Trust @ Sole Repair - Last month SunTzu Sound and Kid Hops kicked off a new monthly party, Trust, at Sole Repair. Not only was it a ridiculously attractive crowd, the music on tap filled a gap in Seattle's musical offerings, showcasing the more soulful side of electronic music.
