<description>&lt;p&gt;I&apos;m guessing that ad sales are part of the operating costs that the local investors are signing on for. I recall Gothamist mentioning that selling ads across national borders was trickier than you&apos;d think. I thought NAFTA cleared all that up.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
