Where in god's name is the American Chemistry Council on this? Why aren't they swooping in to protect my god-given right to carry five items in 2 plastic bags? It's a LEft-wing liberal conspiracy I tell you! They've put a block on the Chemistry Council computers! Someone get me that phone number. when they hear about this... they'll be furious. Oh, wait, there's not as much money to be made on plastic bags in Edmonds as there is in Seattle you say? Makes sense now. carry on.
