Is McGinn In To Win?

And if so, win what? Yesterday we got this terse message: "Michael McGinn will be making an announcement tomorrow at Piecora’s Pizza on Capitol Hill. Please join him at 11:30 a.m." Which we are planning to do in case there is free lunch pizza.

We have done extensive Facebook research on this story, and determined that McGinn is founder and executive director of the Seattle Great City Initiative, got his law degree at UW, and was previously a partner at Stokes Lawrence in Seattle. Also, from the look of him, he has the bear vote.

Meanwhile Publicola is stirring the pot by claiming Mayor Nickels' poll numbers are so low, he wouldn't make it through the primary. We'll be following the free pizza angle closely.
