Ha, amateurs! I got a $400 authentic Coogi Australian sweater, like new at the Everett St Vincent's for $5 a few years back. I got an authentic wool pea coat for $3 at the Bremerton St. Vincents several years back and wore it to death. I found a WARM long black wool coat on a dumpster up in Vancouver and after removing the blue paint on it, wore that one out too.... my favorite coat now came from the unofficial thrift store in Clallam Bay (out by the Makah Rez) where everything is 25 cents except coats are two for a quarter. These kids do have a strange definition of thrift shop. Everything in the U district is way overpriced.

Red Light and Buffalo Exchange are thrift shops??

Wise Penny (now gone) was a thrift shop.
Last White Elephant (now gone, and technically in the Roosevelt area but frequently visited by u-dist residents) was a thrift shop.
The strange little place (now closed) next to Cafe Racer was a thift shop.
The Friday-only church thrift shop is a thrift shop.
Lucky Vintage is somewhat of a thrift shop.
