Construction alert! We've got it all right here.

  • Alki Avenue: Gaps in the sidewalks along the water side of Alki Avenue SW, just west of Alki Beach to Beach Drive SW, are being filled in. Comes with temporary pedestrian walkway. Begins Monday, March 16; ends May, weather permitting.
  • Belltown: Sidewalk repair and tree replacement along Third Avenue between Vine and Lenora streets. Begins Friday, March 13; ends mid-April, weather permitting.
  • First Hill (Eighth Avenue): Sidewalk improvement along Eighth Avenue between Marion and Cherry streets. Begins Monday, March 16; ends mid-April, weather permitting.
  • Montlake: New bus pad and sidewalk on 24th Avenue East between East Interlaken Boulevard and Boyer Avenue East. Work is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. from now through Tuesday, March 17. The northbound curb lane and sidewalk of 24th Avenue East will be closed. Southbound lanes get off scot-free. AND: Paving crews plan to return to the same location on Saturday, March 21 to Monday, March 23 to pave the eastern half of the roadway of 24th Avenue East, so it'll be temporarily one lane each way.
  • Ballard: Paving crews are resorting concrete panels on Seaview Avenue Northwest. One travel lane each direction from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. from now through Friday, March 13.
  • Beacon Hill: Roadway repair in the 5300 block of Beacon Avenue South on Saturday, March 14, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Southbound vehicles and bikes on Beacon Avenue South will be detoured at South Bennett Street to Colombia Drive South, returning to Beacon Avenue at S Brandon Street. Northbound traffic--you're free to go.

You definitely have to add the construction for shallow-trendy-condo-name-here Condos on Denny and Aurora. It's made my bus late all week and backs Aurora up to Fremont (in the right lane).
