That's bad, but not that bad. A week ago in Toronto they pulled over a guy doing 250km/h (http://www.thestar.com/Crime/article/595630). That's 155mph.

Yeah -I imagine the cost of the ticket and the hike in his insurance rates would more than cover that smart phone cost.
