Maybe it won't smell like pee so much anymore... because people like troy will have to use an actual bathroom? Not to mention, I won't hit a freaking dumpster with my car on the way to my garage (I swear my car has more green dumpster color paint on the bumper than blue!) because the crackies pushed them out to hide behind them and then did not give the courtesy of pushing them back toward the wall when they were finished smoking and selling...

This is stupid. That area is one of the areas I find myself with a full bladder and no place to go to but the space between the dumpster.
