We should have neighborhood tribes like in New Orleans, and I don't mean gangs -- I mean Mardi Gras tribes, with costumes and stuff, and we'd have parades and dance-offs and stuff. Except it would be HARDXCORE, Seattle-style!

I so want neighborhood wars and raids. Which neighborhood would be the strongest? Politically? Militarily? Economically? Which would be the weakest and most laughable? So much coolness would transpire! He has my vote-- and shame on you MvB. Shame for not recognizing the sheer amount of fun we could have doing this. Morgan Junction would so be rubble between the Alaska Junction and the barbarians in un-incorporated White Center.
