According to a story over at the Seattle Courant, last week the Attorney General filed papers against Topco Financial Services out of Everett, alleging they violated the Consumer Protection Act when they told Washingtonian customers they were "'no good,' 'scum,' 'loser,' 'lowlife,' and threatening to 'bitch slap' them if they didn't pay."
