<description>&lt;p&gt;I&apos;m sure he&apos;s not ready to fight a battle against Nickles.  The campaign really won&apos;t be an easy one.  Anytime you have to educate the population at this level, it&apos;s an uphill battle.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
