We stepped out the other day and walked to the bus stop. It was gray—definitely gray rather than grey— and drizzly. Carried on the cool, crisp air was the faint scent of Spring.Thankfully, we had a scarf to keep us warm, which we grabbed just before locking the door. And even though it wasn't raining hard enough, we grabbed our long umbrella anyway because that gray sky was the perfect contrast to its bold pink-ness. We looked up at the clouds, smelled the air, and felt a sentiment similar to that expressed by James in titling this photo. Show us your finest grays and greys in the Seattlest Flickr pool.
