Hendrix Vodka Really, Really Illegal Collectible Now

Back in October, Seattle's Experience Hendrix and Authentic Hendrix, who own the rights to Jimi Hendrix's music, trademarks, and licensing, were claiming that they'd won their suit against the makers of "Electric Hendrix" vodka. Now that's official, to the tune of $3.2 million dollars, thanks to a judgment from U.S. District Court Judge Thomas Zilly and a cease and desist and hand 'em all over order. JetCityOrange has a suspicion that Jimi would not have been happy about his new life as a shill, but they're glad they got their bottle in time.

Dang it. I drank mine already. Oh well. Jimi would've wanted it that way.

Damn! Wonder if empty bottles are worth anything? I've had one sitting around for a long time...just cause I liked the bottle.

  • My brother has an itty-bitty one... here he comes Ebay of 2032.
