Did the Sky Fall Overnight?

SnowyBranch.jpg

Seattlest looked up at a snow-covered skylight and wondered whether anyone would catch their bus. Sure enough, some are running late. Good thing we went to REI on December 26 and scored some of these.

We considered breakfast, and learned that soon you'll be able to get value meal at Starbucks. Which may be proof the green mermaid is now nearly indistinguishable from a McCafe. Happy Monday people!

While I ditched my bus pass at the beginning of the year, all buses seemed to be running as normal (12, 60, 8, 2).

I had coffee and a nice pastry (really!) at a McCafe in Montevideo. It was nicer than the typical Starbucks, but as in every other cafe in Latin America, the concept of "to go" is alien.
