Hmmm I wonder what effect ORCA will have when it comes to deadbeat Metro riders that bolt off without paying? Maybe ORCA will destroy them...

Oh yes. Please bring us Orca as soon as possible. As with so many other things transit in this city, we are far, far behind in how we pay our fares in this city. That said, $2? Ouch. I have to say. Ouch. But still better than driving to, well, anywhere.

I can't wait for ORCA. I'm now taking the bus almost every day, and I'm tired of searching for change (or forgetting change and having to stand in line at Bartell's).

I can charge $0.25 on my credit card at a parking meter, but if I want to ride the bus "there and back" for longer than a transfer is good for, I gotta pack 6 quarters. Nice. An $1.75 fare is just an excuse to jack you for the extra dollar bill you have instead of quarters.
