Can't Miss It: Monday

INAUGURATION PRE-FUNK: On this most hallowed Inauguration Eve, head to Neumo's and raise a mighty yawp for Obama with Orkestar Zirkonium. They'll bring the party with their local take on Eastern European brass and drums. Also on the bill: the funkdefied r&b grooves of Emerald City Soul Club and the urban Latin flavor of Picoso.

HUH HUH, SIXTY-NINE!: The year-long '69 series at the Northwest Film Forum, celebrating the breadth and diversity of the cinema from that year, rolls on with two selections. At 6:30 p.m., check out Alice's Restaurant, a look at the contradictions inherent to '60s counterculture (starring Arlo Guthrie!) from the director of Bonnie and Clyde. At 8:30 p.m., it's a WWI absurdist comedy of errors in Richard Attenborough's Oh! What a Lovely War. Both films run through Thursday.

YOU MIGHT AS WELL HAVE A DRINK: Whether or not you're stopping by tonight's Seattlest meetup at Moe Bar (and let's just assume that you are), Mondays are always a good day for a drink at the Cha Cha during their all-day happy hour--especially on a three-day weekend. That means $2.75 wells, $3.50 margaritas, $3.50 bloody marys, $1 off pitchers, 50ยข off drafts. Drink up, bitches! It's what MLK would've wanted.

4 p.m-2 a.m. // Cha Cha // 1013 E Pike St. // as much as you spend on drinks
