<description>&lt;p&gt;Actually, the incompetence DOES NOT stop at the river&apos;s edge.  This place is home to what I would consider the single worst dining experience of my life.

It&apos;s overpriced, dirty, loud and run by people who may never have set foot in another restaurant in their lives.

Other than that, it&apos;s great. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
