<description>&lt;p&gt;I don&apos;t think it needs to be illegal.  That&apos;s just a floodgate waiting to crash down with exceptions and special cases.  Our statatory laws are already difficult enough with certain &quot;windows&quot; allowed.

The reason it doesn&apos;t have to be illegal: It&apos;s already against state education standards and requires the teacher to be fired and have it applied to his/her PERMANENT RECORD!!!! DUNDUNDUUUUUN&lt;/p&gt;</description>
