Nectar Lounge's Website Down

We just received a friendly text from Meli Darby at Nectar Lounge saying that their website (nectarlounge.com) has crashed and won't be up until Monday or possibly later. For now, she says, if you're looking for information on their shows this weekend, please visit NectarFremont.com. Local hiphop forum 206Proof is also down until further notice, due to a planned relaunch of the site with some exciting improvements.

Let me guess - they're using the Gothamist tech crew.

Still took me for f-in every to log in, just to make a wise-ass comment. This stuff needs to be fixed fast, or you're going to lose commentors (or as Firefox suggests com mentors). There have been a number of good postings lately, but the commenting process is getting to be a big disincentive.

We apologize, bilco! We're dealing with the stupid server delays, too. Ironically, Gothamist made a change with the upgrade to make posts and comments show up faster, but the additional server load is bringing everything to a slow crawl. The word is that things should improve after this weekend.
