<description>&lt;p&gt;I love how the Times subhead uses the line &quot;some are describing as a hate crime.&quot; Do some need to describe this as a hate crime in order for it to be considered one? I means someone targeting a minority group they hate...oh yeah, wait, there is no hate crimes legislation that protects the queer community.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
