Oh please, Seattle doesn't need a Jane Byrne.

"I'm not 'that guy', the one you hate-- I'm new, and I can plow streets!"

If you elect a mayor based solely on their ability to talk a big game when the snow falls, you will inevitably be disappointed.

I hope he goes down. I somewhat supported him but now its just too far. I can't support him after this f-up though. Especially after today when they cancelled nearly all bus service and screwed over everyone who was waiting for a bus downtown and was late for work/school this morning. I think Im up to about 5 hours in lost wages (for a $15/hr wage slave this SUCKS) since the first day of the storm due to Metro and the city's incompetence. Oh and Metro, If you read this, the streets are CLEAR YOU FUCKING IDIOTS.

Hilarious.

(starts working on a city-sized umbrella design, in the hope that it will qualify for "shovel ready" infrastructure money)

Many times over the past few days I thought of the once high-flying mayor of Nueva York, John Lindsay.

One time fair-haired boy at fringe Presidential candidate, his inability to handle the February 10, 1969 snowfall doomed him.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Lindsay

I'd be more than happy if the same thing happened to 5 Cent, but Seth's parody is too much.
