Amidst Cold, Damaging Heat

A fire at the Westminster Apartments at 9th & Marion gave residents a rude awakening early Saturday morning. The P-I's Seattle 911 blog reports:

A Saturday morning apartment blaze on First Hill rose to a second alarm but fire crews doused it and no one was seriously hurt, the Seattle Fire Department reported.
