<description>&lt;p&gt;not to be a twat, but iceland is not particularly snowy (or at least, not in reykjavik, where the vast majority of icelanders life) it has roughly the same winter high and low temperatures that philadelphia does. our average high in january is 47, theirs is 38.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
