Yeah rjh, rule number one (or in this case number three), feed your favors. You want the press there? Feed them! You want actors to act? Feed them! It's a cheap way to earn good graces. We all have egos to feed. I actually can't think of one professional event held during lunch that shouldn't have lunch provided. Including bullshit meetings. Ethics-schmethics. It's just standard and decent.

Have you read the comments on Slog? They ARE distasteful, which is why they get huge traffic. Sad, though, that Kinsley falls into the mainstream trap: freedom of speech only for those who play nice.
