<description>&lt;p&gt;While I&apos;m sure the economy played a factor, every time I went to BLVD and Roq La Rue, I was underwhelmed by the former&apos;s collection and blown away by the latter. Every. Single. Time.

Not tryin&apos; to hate, just sayin&apos;. Best of luck to all BLVD-ites in their future endeavors.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
