First things first: free beer.
Win a pitcher at tonight's quiz by answering this question ahead of time: What unusual characteristic do these movies have in common? Dances With Wolves, Emma, Heathers, Heavenly Creatures, Taxi Driver, The Virgin Suicides, and What Dreams May Come
Email james at seattlest dot com with your answer. One correct respondent will win the beer, and the rest of you will get a heads up on a round topic. (Note: Other movies do qualify for this list, but the common element isn't that...common.)
Other than the free beer question, it's the usual details: It's at the Old Pequliar, the quiz starts at 8:00 (though signup starts earlier, and tables run out earlier still), and it's $5 for a team of up to 5 players.
Well, mostly the usual details: We're going to try allowing 6-person teams for an extra $2. So if you've got a group of 6, you can play together for $7 or split into two teams and try to out-think your friends.
(Want more info? There's a Facebook group for the OP's Tuesday quiz. And the hosting calendar through 2009.)
"We're not worthy!" by TrevinC from our Flickr pool. And yes, that's Doc Watson's, not the Old Pequliar, but we're low on OP shots in the pool. (Hint, hint. And perhaps free beer for anyone who includes shots of trivia night before January's quiz.)

I've made out drunkenly with all of the films playing in the background?
I'll take "Things I didn't need to know" for $200, Alex.
I know! I know! All those films are based on a Jane Austen novel.
People/Things/objects that I wouldn't want to dance with??
