<description>&lt;p&gt;The Queen Anne car was actually just a streetcar, but with a counterbalance-pulley system that it hooked into (this is why Queen Anne Avenue is called the Counterbalance between Roy and Galer).  

The Central streetcar line could be extended to the Counterbalance (the current plan is to bring it within a few blocks), and it would be fairly inexpensive to build a counterbalance system again.  Imagine the tourist draw that would bring, with such a line connecting between Pike&apos;s Market and Queen Anne.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
