News sites, they are not... but don't you think a major political party should issue some statement about... well... politics?

It just sort of shows they care. It's like your brother gets in a car accident and your parents don't say anything about it. Which would imply that they love you more than your brother.

You already know what the Republicans will say about this, so we turned to the plucky third-party GOP candidate, Dino Rossi. Whoops, nothing there. So back to the Republicans. Nothing there either. It's like these people only care about budgets when there's an election.

Do you expect every issue noted on the party site? It's not a news site, it's a organization's informational site.

Also, I'm willing to bet that if you'd found something about the issue, this post would be about how the Republican party is using this a partisan issue to divide instead of working on finding a solution to the deficit.

yeah I made a couple bad choices once. I just did what the companies told me to do, buy, so I did. Now I think I shouldn't be at fault..

Take some god damn responsibility and learn. don't bitch at the government about deficit because we, yes WE have elected the people to make these sorts of decisions. Feel like you always get the shitty end of the stick and are fed up with this because "well I didn't vote for them". Go get a little boat and take all you're little items so precious to you and go out and find someplace better.. defend yourself.. get yourself some fresh water.. educate you kids from the ground up.. and ensure you can just stick a frozen dinner in the microwave and have food in 5 minutes... hell I'll push the boat out in to the water for you.

If you forward the government bailout forms to me, I'll fill them out. The sooner, the better, so we don't slip too far down that list of banks, insurance companies, car makers, casinos, and other states, counties, and cities that are also requesting a slice of that $700 billion pie.

Based on the Census Bureau estimate of 6.7 million state residents as of next April Fools' day, that works out to $686 bux for every person in the state. Of course, in some states we might like to count each fetus as well, but we'll let that pass for now.
