<description>&lt;p&gt;As of the 5:30ish update, it&apos;s Begich 150,728 to Stevens 147,004, so Begich&apos;s win percentage is up to 1.18%. I read that actually Alaska doesn&apos;t have a mandatory recount provision; but if the difference is 0.5% or less and there is a recount, the state will pay for it. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
