Can&apos;t believe how the &apos;sites that might be hit&apos; pages basically read like adverts for why these would be so cool to hit. Also the &quot;Enemies within&quot; - including the National Committee to Abolish the Poll Tax and National Council of Negro Youth. They both seem pretty darn bad.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

I couldn&apos;t find anything more than the front and back cover of that Civil Defense Manual from the Seattle Municipal Archives, but FYI I have the entire thing scanned over on my personal site, for anyone that might be interested.
