1) I believe in magic, so I too know that Rossi can fix our budget without raising property taxes. (oh yeah, and you can only raise it 1% a year anyways now thanks to Gregoire). 2) 190 wins out of 10,000 simulations is not a squeaker, by my definition. This, however, is a squeaker.
