<description>&lt;p&gt;I&apos;m sure it will pass. It sounds like common sense, but it&apos;s the wrong thing to do. Voters love these kind of initiatives that let them fling ill-informed common sense back at the experts.

The silver lining is that it&apos;ll make Bus Rapid Transit more or less illegal, and real (i.e. train) rapid transit more likely.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
