Woah, West Seattle: a gallon of gas below $3! We didn't think we'd be seeing that any time soon.
The Rainier Valley Post and the Beacon Hill Blog want to let you know the city is hosting meetings in neighborhoods near light rail stations to discuss parking. If you live in the south end, there's likely a meeting near you in the next few weeks.
Because we know you are all dying to know what Greg Nickels, Ron Sims, and Dino Rossi are doing for Halloween... In truth, we'd be much more interested in knowing their planned costumes.

Agreed, Ruff - let's all go out and buy gallons and gallons of this cheap gas. It's the only way to get the price back up to where it belongs once again.

Re: gas-- it's $2.89 at the Fred Meyer in Burien, people. That is actually $2.86 if you have a Fred Meyer card and $2.79 if you have a $0.10 discount burning a hole in your pocket. WOW!
