Hasselbeck Out Another Week; Wallace to Start?

In head coach Mike Holmgren's Monday afternoon press conference, it was revealed that starting quarterback Matt Hasselbeck's knee problem is not a result of the hit by Justin Tuck in two weeks ago, but was instead a result of the bulging disc problem that has plagued him all season. Hasselbeck sought a second opinion today from an L.A.-based specialist after his knee injury wouldn't respond to treatment last week, and the new diagnosis was revealed as a result. Backup and oft-injured QB Seneca Wallace will start if he's able to practice this week. Deion Branch is also expected to return. UPDATE: NBC's John Madden to skip this week's Seahawks-Buccaneers game, marking the first regular season game he's missed in 28 years, ending a 476-week streak.
