The headlines pretty much say it all...
UCLA 28, Washington State 3
"Tryouts today for backup WSU QB"
Arizona 48, Washington 14
"Huskies an awful mess with Ty holding mop"
New York Giants 44, Seahawks 6
"No sugarcoating it: Bad loss finds Hawks a long way from good"

Friendly Folk-Pop for the Kids: Hey Marseilles at Vera This Saturday

We don't blitz the opposing QB so our opponents have all day to pick us apart, like yesterday.
Oh yeah, Jim Mora's secondary is a joke. Why do I get the feeling he's only getting the head coaching job because he's a Husky?
Holmgren's play-calling was ridiculous yesterday as well. You're down 3 TDs and you're trying to run on first and second down?
At the sports bar on Saturday, the Huskies game was relegated to the smallest and most out-of-the-way TV in the whole place.
I think Huskies fans are just too beaten-down over this whole Ty Willingham situation.
He just has to go.
On the plus side, we seem to have dodged a bullet as I thought Hasselbeck was going to be out of the game on that 4th play... visions of tom brady dancing through my head.
we get a depleted green bay team next week, who have lost their last 3 games, and engram will have another week of practice, so hopefully our defense can look at the tapes, figure out what went wrong, and try again next week.
We're playing badly, but at the core we have a good team. The injuries to the first seven receivers really put the whole start to the season off kilter. we have 75% of the season left, we can at least try to keep the wheels from falling off. to which i say thank god for our weak-ass division.
Kind of scared of Arizona. They are scoring like 40 points a game.
That being said, we are still a good home team, now if we could just have that SF game back.
