John's band, in light of America's financial misfortunes, will be returning to the home-made recording studio to use our economic meltdown as inspiration for new songwriting material.

David will be watching as much playoff baseball as he can, since it's the first weekend in October, while his new live-in girlfriend wonders what she did, and if it's not too late.
MvB is earning his man-about-town stripes with a Saturday visit to the scissors wizards at Salon Moxi, then Ballet 101 at PNB, and then an Andy Griffith film at SIFF Cinema, before Spectrum Dance's Studio Series on Sunday.
Abbey will be spending all day Saturday visiting various venues in Ballard for the Reverb Festival. She's especially looking forward to seeing The Moondoggies and See Me River. On Sunday, she will be recovering with a drinking brunch at one of Capitol Hill's fine brunch institutions, most likely her regular brunch haunt: Smith.
Jeremy is OOTO starting Friday, when he boards a plane for Prague. By Saturday night be'll be taking in the Bohemian sites and sounds. Sunday he'll be in the old Jewish Quarter, hopefully avoiding Golems in the process, and taking dinner at U Kalicha that night, where the great novel The Good Soldier Svejk starts.
Katelyn's been into making cheese (she means mozzarella, not cash) lately, so she will whip up a few batches and take them to various housewarming parties in the U District on Friday night. She'll spend Saturday at ReverbFEST, and--as per usual--Sunday is "try not to get dressed or leave the house" day.
Donte will be getting in one last bout of summer weather by heading down south to Austin for the weekend, where he will endure all the breakfast tacos and BBQ he can handle.
Kim will spend Friday with Netflix before emerging from her lair on Saturday to head to Ballard for ReverbFEST. The same night, she'll dash back to Chop Suey for Rachel Yamagata, and maybe return to Ballard for more Reverb afterwards. Sunday night is more live music with those crazy cats of Sigur Ros.
Rachael will be visiting her new favorite watering hole on Friday, probably ordering the s'more by 11 or so. Saturday, she'll be schooling a privileged few in the art of baking with chocolate. Sunday will be devoted to gazing at her newborn niece and

Jay will be flying home from New England. After catching up on some much-needed sleep, he’ll search his closet for suitable clothes to go to dinner at some fancy little restaurant in Woodinville.
Audrey will bookend the rainy weekend with two smashing live performances: funk soul brother Jamie Lidell at the Showbox tonight and Sigur Ros' whale sounds for new age hipsters at Benaroya Hall Sunday.
