In most places you hear people say &apos;if you don&apos;t like the weather, just wait five minutes.&apos; In Seattle the phrase is &apos;if you don&apos;t like the weather, just wait three months.&apos; Sure we occasionally have strange weather events, but for the most part to predict the local weather you don&apos;t need any fancy satellite data, you just need a calendar.   &lt;/p&gt;</description>
