i brewed a batch of smoked porter here a while back. it turned out really well for our first time. goes to show that the people that run Gallagher's made it easy for even first timer's to get a decent batch. just remember, save your bottles when you're done drinking for the next batch to save money, and give it a week in the bottle before you crack the first one. we did not wait, and we were sorry.

I've been planning on going to Gallaghers and brewing up some Christmas gifts this year. Thanks for tip on the bring your own bottles. I need to start saving mine.
