<description>&lt;p&gt;That 130 foot wall in photo #3 looks like the most inviting graffiti target for miles around.

No doubt that why they added the 3 tiers of safety fences - can&apos;t risk losing an &apos;artist&apos;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
