seriously, not wearing a helmet? What are people thinking? Actually, I guess they aren't since they bitch about how drivers are out to get them and need to take more notice of them but then ride down the street, blowing red lights, at night, in black, with no lights, helmetless.
I'm sorry this guy is hurt and the driver (based on Slog's reporting) is obviously at fault (his defense: "I didn't see him") but part of me thinks this is just Darwinism in action.
