Burning Orbs of Seattle-Related TV Tonight
Project Runway (or in Heidi-speak, Pwoject Wunway) is on tonight! Will the likeable-after-all West Seattle barista Blayne say something clever? Will his outfit win us over? We're sure looking forward to it, whatever happens. And this evening, the planets align to give us dual burning orbs of ultimate reality television entertainment: ANTM's Cycle 11 (theme: "Feel The Love") premieres at 8 p.m. on Channel 11. And yes, this does have something to do with Seattle, thank you very much. The belly-tatted Jolie-lookalike Ukrainian slinkstress Elina (pictured, right) is from here!
This cycle promises to be juicy. We've been promised a transgendered model (Tyra will love this!), as well as some sort of sex slavery tie-in (oh my). Check out MidSeasonReplacements.com's list of the fourteen models who are on this season (warning: lots of leg ahead), complete with tidbits of moderately interesting gossip about each one.
This just in, though: ANTM has a two-hour premiere scheduled for tonight, which means unless you have TiVo (we don't) you'll have to choose between the second ANTM hour or the latest Project Runway. Seattlest recommends that between the two, you choose to invite Seattlest over to your friend's TiVo-equipped house later this week to catch up on whichever one we don't end up watching tonight.
