I don't have a good enough video card for them at home*, and don't have install permissions at work. * My video chip's only 3 years old, and was near top-of-the-line then. They recommend a new one, which should "only" cost around $50 - not quite worth it to try out free software.

Installed and uninstalled in one fell swoop. I only care about viewing synths, not creating them. Maybe next time, MSFT.

I use Firefox, the latest version, at home -- and apparently a dinosaur of a browser here at work!

You use Explorer? You should update to Firefox at least.

Oh, and I'm sure they are sincere about REALLY WISHING they could run on other platforms, too.

This is what I got:Unfortunately, we're not cool enough to run on your OS yet. We really wish we had a version of Photosynth that worked cross platform, but for now it only runs on Windows.
