Kristy Lee Cook Asks An Honest Question

Remember Kristy Lee Cook—the Seattle-born Oregonian who rocketed to "15 Minutes of Shame" during last winter's American Idol? Well, she has a record coming out on Sept. 16. And we give you the album cover:

Kristy Lee Cook Album - Why Wait

In case you didn't catch that, or you're visually impaired, the album is called Why Wait, and its cover has Kristy lying sweetly in a very lovely dress, mind you, on the back of a very annoyed horse. It appears that she rode the horse into the middle of a rushing river, and now she just wants to lie on its back lovingly, as it struggles against the current to stand up. Does she understand how difficult it is to stand against the current in a river? Check the horse's face. That's a "Bitch, get off my back" look.

Seriously, though, why should Kristy Lee have waited any longer to cash in on her American Idol legacy? It's an honest question. Care to take a stab at it?

    I don't think that's a knee she's using Katelyn

  • Katelyn

It's alert because KLC is kneeing it in the butt.

It's probably watching with interest as the photographer and photog assistant are washed away by the current.

i would guess a horse would have to be alert if it were trying to stand still in the middle of a river.

  • MvB

Not to get all horse whisperer on you, but the position of the horse's ears indicate that it's alert and curious about something, not annoyed. Ears back is annoyed.
